Terms of payment

Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, credit card (VISA, MasterCard), instant bank transfer, direct debit or on account.

We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.

If the payment method purchase on account is selected, the purchase price is due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price must be paid in full within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

The delivered goods remain the property of WEIN-GENUSSREIF.DE until the purchase price has been paid in full

The purchase price shall bear interest at 8% points above the base interest rate from the date of default of payment during the period of default.

Shipping & packaging costs

Postal despatch takes place in 3, 6, 12 or 18-bottle tested postal despatch packaging. From 60 bottles, delivery is made in 6-bottle one-way boxes by DHL forwarding agent within Germany (mainland). Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Delivery & shipping conditions

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately.

If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, we will not dispatch the goods before receipt of payment.

Delivery will be made while stocks last.

If delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure, official measures, extreme weather conditions (e.g. heat, hail, frost, risk of frost) or similar circumstances, or is made excessively difficult within the meaning of §275 para. 2 BGB, WEIN-GENUSSREIF.DE shall be released from the obligation to deliver for the duration of the hindrance and its after-effects. This also entitles the retailer to withdraw from the contract if and to the extent that adherence to the contract is no longer reasonable. Increases in transport costs and changes in tariffs may be added to the purchase price by the dealer if delivery is made more than four months after conclusion of the contract. Delivery shall be at the customer's risk. The dealer shall choose the mode of despatch unless the buyer has issued special instructions. The dealer shall take out transport insurance at the buyer's request and at the buyer's expense to the extent requested by the buyer. All deliveries shall be made to the address specified by the buyer.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods shall be delivered by dispatch to the delivery address specified by the customer. If an order is placed via the retailer's online order form, the delivery address specified in the online order form shall be decisive.

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the retailer as a result. This does not apply with regard to the costs for the return shipment if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, the provision in the retailer's cancellation policy shall apply to the return costs.
