The wine

An internationally characterised Pinot Noir with intense aromas reminiscent of blackberries, vanilla and liquorice. Roasted flavours lend it fullness with a powerful finish. The sophisticated tannins make it round and smooth.

Powerful - intense - balanced

"Quercus" is the botanical term for oak and emphasises the character shaped by barrique ageing. To give the wine fullness, it is matured in barrels - 30% of which are in new wood.
