Enselberg wines are elegant and dry Burgundies. This white Burgundy cuvée delights with the light notes of Pinot Blanc and the powerful flavours of Chardonnay. Fresh banana, quince and mango flavours hint at summer. With its structure and freshness, the cuvée stands for juicy fruit with a good balance of acidity.
