The wine

For this seductive Amarone, the harvested grapes are carefully dried in small crates in well-ventilated rooms. Fermentation takes place under controlled conditions in concrete tanks. The subsequent malolactic fermentation and maturation period of three years takes place in oak barrels.

Wonderful aromas of red fruit and jam on the nose. Its full, velvety body pleasantly fills the palate and the spicy notes skilfully lead into the long finish.

Residual sugar 8.3 g/l

Acidity 6.2 g/l

Alcohol 15.0 % vol.
